Join the University Circle Community for the Unveiling of The Stephanie Tubbs Jones Community Plaza   Two years ago, Cleveland lost one of its most dedicated and charismatic leaders. Joining the late Congresswoman's son, Mervyn Jones, Governor Ted Strickland, Mayor Frank Jackson and other dignitaries, University Circle, Inc. will unveil The Stephanie Tubbs Jones Community Plaza presented by PNC Bank.   Friday, September 10     Program begins at 11:00 a.m.   Corner of East 108th and East Blvd. (Off of Wade Park) Parking is available at the following institutions: Western Reserve Historical Society Cleveland Museum of Art Cleveland Botanical Garden
