Summer Camp Opportunities for Children and Youth through the United Methodist Church

There are many wonderful camp opportunities available through the United Methodist Church. Please go to www.EOCSummercamps.org, where you can choose a camp, register online, download forms, find detailed faculty descriptions and have your questions answered. If you would like a printed copy of camp information sent to you, please contact the camp office at 1-800-831-3972 ext. 108. University Circle's Parade the Circle is big, Big, BIG for University Circle UMC!

Next weekend: Saturday, June 12, 11am-4pm, Parade at Noon This annual University Circle event is amazing, fabulous, packed with fun, AND it is FREE! The Parade at noon features the drama and artistry of colorful floats, puppets, costumes, dancers, musicians AND our own Dr. Chalker will march along with other University Circle CEO's.

Visitors are invited to visit Circle Village on Wade Oval for an afternoon of activities, live music, and delectable food. A wide variety of booths offer activities of all kinds including our church's own "Mad Hatter" tent where children and adults can fashion stylish hats of their own creation to wear during the event.

UCUMC Hat Helpers are needed – please sign up in the office today – anyone can do this! It's fun AND provides us with an opportunity to tell people about UCUMC!

This Saturday, June 5th - Outdoor Workday at University Circle UMC

Saturday, June 5th (Tomorrow)  is Outdoor Workday  at UCUMC!  8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Volunteers needed to help clean up our playground  and spread a new layer of mulch! Families welcome! Please bring gloves, wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, pitchforks  and paper bags for yard waste if you have them! (Rain Dates June 7th or 8th,  8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
